That weapon Swan is getting out is the one to solve the problems Howard left us will when his pissed $394B up against the wall.

Yes indeed - funding permanent changes to the taxation system with temporary profits from a boom is stupid policy. On the cartoon, the zombies should have been labelled "Main Stream Media Negativity".
