I have two PC's..a laptop and an old desktop. The desktop consists of one of those old fashioned monitors...and the inside of the box I constructed way back in 1999 from second hand parts (except the CDROM and power supply). It worked well for 13 years but now I replaced all of it....it needed it as it started to "freeze" here and there. I've been meaning to do it for months. It only cost me some 100 dollars. However I mixed in new with old parts. New was the motherboard (Gigabyte) and the memory and the cooler fan for the CPU. The old was the CPU (Intel got it for 20 dollars on Ebay) and the 80GB SATA hard drive (20 dollars as well). The rest was what was there already....the CDROM and power supply. It's working great...no more "freezing"
