Wow..what a saving!

Right now it's 1.03am (Eastern Australian Time)(too hot to sleep) and I am listening to radio news here in Sydney....and here is the latest.
It seems that a new "consumer challenge" arrangement is to be implemented on power companies where consumers would be able to challenge spending by these companies regarding infrastructure spending (e.g. poles etc). And here is the benefit.
Consumers would be able to save...get this...up to to 250 dollars a year!
That is a grand sum of 4 dollars and 80 cents a week. Aren't we lucky?

That saving is more than the carbon tax.
